S oldering products continue to evolve on the back of the diversification of soldering methods, including the use of soldering robots, dip soldering, and dispensing of solder paste; the emergence of different finished products, such as mobile terminals, automotive electronics, and industrial equipment, and the diversification of customer needs accompanying the globalization of the solder business. Thus, new solder products arise for different applications.
