Under the banner of "Advanced Soldering Solutions & Technologies", ASM shared on the latest printing technologies from ASM, Electroform Stencil Technology and Advanced Packaging Printing Technology. Both presentations sparked interest from attendees and received overwhelming responses after the conference.
